As part of the school’s improvement process, teachers and principals are visiting classrooms and interviewing students on their understanding of the expectations of learning, the student's self-assessment on their progress, and what next steps they need to take to meet established goals. The team was in the third-grade classroom and filmed student interviews; they discussed the key findings with the teacher after class.
