Lamont proposes legislation to improve college enrollment

Gov. Ned Lamont announced a number of legislative proposals Thursday aimed at tackling dropping enrollment numbers at Connecticut’s colleges and universities. Nationwide, postsecondary enrollment decreased by 2.5% in the fall.
