Melbourne Bushfood is a social enterprise, which tries to bring ethical and sustainably sourced bush foods from North and Central Australian Indigenous communities, as well as small and wild harvesters to pantries across Australia. Furthermore, Lilian and Hayden and the rest of their team are committed to educating their customers (which have reached 6000) on the benefits and uses of Indigenous bush foods.
