CDC: Certain Schools Can Reduce Social Distancing from 6 Feet to 3 Feet
THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE Control and Prevention on Friday reduced its social distancing guidelines in certain school settings from 6 feet to 3 feet as long as masks are universally used.
The change, which CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said is supported by science, could help the Biden administration advance its goal of opening up more schools to in-person learning.
